Pristine water that flows right out of the commonage and surrounded by farmlands delivering nutrients that precipitate remarkable growth rates in the fish. On the left hand bank (facing the inlet) is a productive stone ledge that never fails to deliver and the reedbed near the spillway on the opposite bank is a good hunting ground. Largest Rainbow of 58cm recorded within 3 years of stocking.
