12.Returns & Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by WILDFLY OUTFITTERS is subject to availability. Should any product or service not be available WILDFLY OUTFITTERS will refund the client in full within 30 days.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or exchange it for a different product of the same value
All products carry a manufacturer guarantee or are covered under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa
Please note the following exceptions to our return & refund policy:
- Discounted items are final & cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value
13.Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. All parcels are delivered via a door-to-door service and all tracking information is available on request.
Any Cancellation of any order by the client will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards, or by bank transfer into the WILDFLY OUTFITTERS bank account, the details of which will be provided on the confirmation of order email, or on request.
17.Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
18.Responsibility
WILDFLY OUTFITTERS takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods’.
19.Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and WILDFLY OUTFITTERS chooses South Africa as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
